We describe an aneurysm originating from the right sinus of Valsalva, with right ventricular outflow tract obstruction associated with ventricular septal defect, in a 9-year-old boy. Diagnosis was made by echocardiography and cardiac catheterization. Successful surgical repair of ventricular septal
