Abstract

We describe and present a videotape of a patient with parkinsonism and dementia who developed severe cervical dystonia, despite treatment with levodopa and botulinum toxin. The clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's disease and dementia (PDD) was confirmed at autopsy. © 2003 Movement Disorder Society
