Abstract

The tumor‐associated transplantation antigen (TATA), alien H‐2^k^ antigens and normal H‐2^d^ antigens expressed on a methylcholanthrene‐induced tumor were monitored during gel filtration and lectin affinity chromatography of detergent‐solubilized tumor‐cell membranes. TATA was resolved from both the normal and alien H‐2 antigens by these techniques. The relationship between histocompatibility antigens and TATA is discussed.
