โœฆ Synopsis

Cellulose phosphate cation exchange powders have received little attention as a means for the column chromatographic isolation and purification of proteins and peptides. MARSHALL et aZ.l used cellulose phosphate for the isolation of carbamyl phosphate synthetase from frog livers with succinate buffer as tlie eluent. MITZ AND IOO cm chromatographic column was poured in a single section with this suspension.
