✦ Synopsis
A simple method for separating citrate, malate, aspartate, and glutamate in crude extracts by thin-layer chromatography on plastic sheets coated with a strongly basic anion exchange resin has been developed. The method is useful for determining the radioactivity of these compounds in tracer experiments. ' A cooperative investigation of the Science and Education Administration, U. S. Department of Agriculture, and the Illinois Agricultural Experiment Station.
