✦ Synopsis
AbStIWt
Phtradobne hydrochloride is a novel centrally acting analgesic with antidepressant activity. Its W absorption and emission spectra and thin-layer and liquid chromatographic (TLC and LC) identification are described. The separation of tricyclic antidepressant or neuroleptic compounds including zotepine, amoxapine, loxapine, fluperlapine, clotiapine, nitroxaze pine and fluradoline by TLC and LC is reported. The W spectrophotometric, spectrofluorimetric and LC methods described can be applied to the determination of fluradoline.
