0 Iodochlorhydroxyquin was separated from various corticosteroids using an acetonitrile-diatomaceous earth column. Iodochlorhydroxyquin was eluted with cyclohexane, and the corticosteroid was eluted with chloroform. Iodochlorhydroxyquin was determined by both a UV absorbance method and a new complex
