A relativistic mechanics for a Dirac particle is derived as the semi-classical limit of the Dirac equation. The theory resembles ordinary mechanics, except that some of the phase space variables are four by four matrices. We are able to derive from QED the spin precession equation of Bargmann, Michel, and Telegdi and find quantum corrections for inhomogeneous fields.
