In this paper, we describe a new semi-active suspension system to realize the "skyhook" principle. The "'skyhook'" damping principle is a basic concept of the semi-active suspension control for improving vehicle stability and ride comfort. Recently, several practical methods have been proposed to re

โฆ Synopsis
This paper describes the results of experiments of Vehicle Test for Active Suspension System. This system controls oil pressure of suspension cylinders with control signals of displacement, hull pitch rate, hull roll rate etc.. The results show that the active suspension reduces pitch angle by about 70% and roll angle by about 74% when the Vehicle crosses obstacles.
