## Abstract Levodopa‐induced ocular dyskinesias are very uncommon. Usually they occur simultaneously with limb peak‐dose choreatic dyskinesias. We report on a patient with leftward and upward deviations of gaze during the peak effect of levodopa, and hypothesize that a severe dopaminergic denervati
