High-resolution Fourier transform spectra recorded in the \(2270-2400 \mathrm{~cm}^{-1}\) and \(1520-1600\) \(\mathrm{cm}^{-1}\) spectral regions have been used to measure, up to very high \(N\) values, the positions of lines with \(K_{a}=0-9\) of the \(\nu_{2}+v_{3}\) and \(\nu_{2}+\nu_{3}-\nu_{2}\
