## Abstract Wafer‐scale polymer nanofabrillar structures have been fabricated using the combination of colloidal nanolithography, deep‐silicon etching, and nanomolding to mimic the nanostructure of gecko foot‐hairs. The artificial surface features densely packed polymeric nanofibrils with super‐hyd
