Abstract

[{Co(1,10‐phen)~2~}~2~{(Mo~4~O~12~)(O~3~PCH~2~CH~2~PO~3~)}·(H~2~O)] (1), [{Co(1,10‐phen)~2~}~2~{(Mo~4~O~12~)(O~3~PCH~2~CH~2~CH~2~PO~3~)}·(1.5H~2~O)] (2) and [{Co(1,10‐phen)~2~(H~2~O)~2~}{Co(1,10‐phen)~2~(H~2~O)}{(Mo~5~O~15~)(O~3~PCH~2~CH~2~CH~2~CH~2~PO~3~)}·(6H~2~O)] (3) were synthesized by self‐assembly of H~2~O~3~P(CH~2~)~n~PO~3~H~2~ (n = 2−4), polyoxomolybdate and [Co(1,10‐phen)~2~]^2+^ (1,10‐phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) under hydrothermal conditions.
