The self assembly of N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)amino acids to form peptides, mediated by o-phenylene phosphorochloridate, was investigated by positive ion fast atom bombardment and B/E linked-scan techniques without isolation and purification prior to analysis. The expected results were confirmed by considering the fragmentation regularity of peptides.
