✦ Synopsis
Sunmary: Treatment of primary amines with pimelaldehyde in the presence of tetracarbonylhydridoferrate, HFe(CO)q at roan temperature under atmospheric pressure of CO for 24 hours gave selectively corresponding N-(cyclohexylmethyl)~N-alkylamines in moderate yields.
Recently, we have reported that a large variety of both aliphatic and aromatic amines re-
