✦ Synopsis
The effects on proton NMR relaxation parameters are analysed in relation to the proton-deuterium selective isotopic substitution. A method for the calculation of the direct relaxation contribu:ion between structural protons (protons not involved in the HtiD exchange) and mobile nuclei is developed. The proposed experiment is applied for studying the structural properties of kinetine riboside.
