Photostimulated

selective electroless Ag and 0.1 deposition was investigated on thin TiO, films doped with small Ag particles and Pbl, films doped with Cu particles. The activation that is characteristic of the thin film structures at the electroless deposition was compared to the opposite effect of illumination in Zn vapour condensation.
