Chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL) is a very rare myeloproliferative disorder. To determine the neoplastic origin of CNL, morphological and cytogenetical studies were made of colonies derived from hematopoietic progenitors of a patient with CNL. The patient's hematopoietic progenitors spontaneously
