✦ Synopsis
A method to implement selective homonuclear HartmanwHahn transfer by using two coherent r.f. channels has been developed. This new method does not require complex pulse sequences. When this approach is combined with selective relaxation measurements, the proton relaxation times (TI, T2 and T,,,) of individual protons can be determined even when the signals are hidden under other resonances. An example of the use of this method for the analysis of ribonuclease H is given.
