✦ Synopsis
Suitable parental partners have been selected for hybridizations between species of the genera Glycyrrhiza and Meristotropis. Further breeding work could be based upon these results which likewise could be used for estimating genetic relationships within this plant group by means of interspecific cross compatibility.
