As reported in the Financial Times recently, T&N, the automotive components and engineering group, is selling Goetze Elastomere, its German engine seal subsJm,ry, to SKF, a manufacum~ of mUer bearings.

The Swedish Group is understood to be paying more than £20m for the Cologne-based ~ which T&N inherited in 1993 after acquiring Goetze, the German piston ring manufacturer.
