Abstract
Craniocervical muscles are the most frequently involved in dystonia, which can be either focal of segmental. While often experiencing an increase in dystonia with voluntary motor activity, many patients report temporary relief with geste antagoniste. We describe a patient who presented a peculiar craniocervical segmental dystonia, triggered by putting on glasses with a ribbon. © 2004 Movement Disorder Society
