This list is the continuatiop of the first list which has been published in AN 231 Nr. 5529. The positions of the stars are givenin the system of the Berl. Jahrb. (with Newcomb's constants) but contrarily to the first list, they have some systematic corrections depending from: E -W, Aaa, Ada and magnitude-error (to 6mo). The probable errors of one obser-vation are -NO.
