Seacoast Banking is a bank holding company. Through First National Bank and Trust Company of the Treasure Coast (the Bank) and its broker‐dealer subsidiary, Co. provides a range of deposit accounts and retail banking services, engages in consumer and commercial lending and provides a variety of trust and asset management services, as well as securities and annuity products. The Bank's service area includes Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Brevard and Indian River counties, which are located on Florida's southeast coast. The Bank operates 42 banking offices in 13 counties. As of Dec 31 2006, Co. had total assets of $2.39 billion and total deposits of $1.89 billion.
