✦ Synopsis
Massive inguinoscrotal hemiation of the bladder (i.e. scrotal cystocele) is very uncommon. We describe the ultrasonography and computed tomography features of scrotal cystocele in two patients, and review the radiologic findings of this rare entity reported in the literature.
