✦ Synopsis

Abstract

The one‐loop vacuum energy is computed for a class of perturbative string vacua where supersymmetry is spontaneously broken by a stringy Scherk‐Schwarz deformation. The spectrum of light excitations is tachyon‐free and the generated quantum potential exhibits an anti de Sitter minimum where the geometric moduli are naturally stabilised.
