The nonresonant scattering of an electron by a muon in the pulsed light field in the frame of the Born approximation in general relativistic case is investigated theoretically. The approximation when a pulsewidth is considerably greater than the characteristic time of the wave oscillation is conside

β¦ Synopsis
The scattering of relativistic Dirac particles by a Coulomb field "Ze 2 rr in two dimensions is studied and the scattering amplitude is obtained as a partial wave series. For small Z the series can be summed up approximately to give a closed form. The result, though being aproximate, exhibites some nonperturbative feature and cannot be obtained from perturbative quantum electrodynamics at the tree level.

In this paper, we consider the inverse scattering problem for the SchrΓΆdinger equation in two dimensions. This problem of reconstructing the scattering potential from the far field data has a well-known approximate solution based on the linearization through the weak scatterer (or Born) approximatio
