✦ Synopsis
The dyadic Green's function of frequency-selective surfaces (FSSs) on an anisotropic layer is determined using the Hertz vector-potential method. The structure analyzed is composed by a periodic array of conducting patch elements. Three different patch geometries are considered. The results for the normalized reflected power were obtained by using the method of moments (MoM). Curves for the reflected power versus frequency are presented as a function of the structural parameters, assuming that the optical axis in the anisotropic substrate is oriented along the FSS conducting patch-array main axes.
