✦ Synopsis
Critical current densities Jc(0,H) of magnetically melt-textured YBCO single domains have been measured at T = 77 K for various magnetic field amplitudes and 0 angles of the field H with the ab plane. For 0 < 0c ab, Jc scales better with the 2d model (Hsin0) than with other models. In high maanetic fields, for o ....

In the 72 ° < 0 < 90 ° angular range, Jc is determined by twin planes which play the role of surfaces for nucleation of superconductivity.
