Now the company has announced the release of the new NanoRack™ sample stretching stage which is compatible with their range of MFP-3D™ AFMs. The MFP-3D™ range of AFMs offers independent piezo positioning along all three directions, as well as top and bottom sample viewing and low-noise sensor technology. With this the new stage, the effects of stress on a variety of samples can now be directly observed.
