Overview: Born St.Helens, Lancashire in 1950. Attended Cowley Grammar School. Became an English teacher and taught in the North East of England for 35 years. He co-wrote a number of musicals including Shakespeare The Musical and The Journey (produced at the Millenium Dome in 2000). He enjoys history, visiting castles and reading historical novels.
