โฆ Synopsis
Mr and Mrs Bennet take their daughters, Jane and Lydia, to a dinner party at a neighboring estate, leaving their other daughters at home, due to Mary and Kitty being ill and Elizabeth stayed to tend to them. Their carriage never makes it home to Longbourn. The next morning, the carriage is found overturned, with only 1 survivor. All who were on or in the carriage have been shot, as highwaymen had attempted to rob them of not only their possessions, but also of the two beautiful young daughters. Mr Collins throws the surviving daughters, including a critically injured Jane, out of Longbourn before their loved ones can even be buried, forcing them to London, to the home of the Gardiners. Wishing to be of assistance to her family, Elizabeth takes a position as a companion to a young lady. Only, the young lady's father has other plans for the companion. After refusing him, Elizabeth is beaten by the scoundrel, only to be rescued by none other than Charles Bingley, though he does not recognize her from her injuries.
