A rare case of ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma with sarcoma-like mural nodules is reported. Macroscopically, nodular or granular lesions were scattered over the inner surface of a huge, multilocular tumor in the left ovary. The histopathological features were consistent with those of previously
