resident Bush, on July 30, signed into law the P Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, the historic accounting reform and corporate responsibility legislation (H.R. 3763). This measure (Act) is focused on publicly traded companies and large accounting firms, not nonprofit organizations. The emergence of this law, however, raises a number of questions for these organizations.
