IF one may judge from the reports in the literature, The right trigeminal field, motor, sensory, and reflex, of which there are only six (Blane, 1800; Sosman was normaland vogt, 1926 ; ~~~~~~i , 1937; Dandy, 1937 ; There was nothing further of note in the central Jefferson, 1938 ; Hamby, 1942), the occurrence of nervous system. No intracranial bruit was audible.
The pressure and constituents of the cerebrospinal fluid bilateral intracavernous aneurysms is a rarity. This case may therefore be of interest, particularly as it appears to be the first in which the diagnosis was confirmed during life by angiography.
