R uhrpumpen has acquired a majority shareholding in Tigerflow Systems LLC, a Dallas, Texas-based manufacturer of packaged pumping systems for domestic water, fire, HVAC, industrial, heat transfer, municipal, landscape irrigation and custom controls.

Tigerflow Systems will continue to operate from its Dallas manufacturing location as an independent subsidiary. Marvin Yoder and Monroe Guest will remain as president and VP/CFO respectively.
