## Abstract ## Background and Objectives Measurement of amylase level in drainage fluid (Dโ€AMY) is often performed for detection of pancreatic fistula (PF) formation after total gastrectomy. However, PF incidence has decreased and PF formation can be judged by changes in drainage fluid properties.
