Abstract
Aufbauend auf Modelluntersuchungen mit Cyclohexanon wird aus 1.2.4‐Trihydroxy‐3.6‐dimethyl‐benzol (1) und 1.21‐Dichlor‐heneicosanon‐(11) die Diansa‐Verbindung 15 synthetisiert. Die Ketal‐Spaltung mit Bromwasserstoffsäure liefert das Amino‐brenzcatechin 17, das nach Dehydrierung und Hydrolyse das Benzochinon 19 und Azacyclodocosanon‐(12) (20) ergibt. Bei der analog durchgeführten Spaltung mit Salzsäure entstehen als Endprodukte 20 und das Methoxyhydroxy‐chinon 18.
