✦ Synopsis

The (3,3) and (4,4) bands of the

2 has been studied using the velocity modulation technique in the near-infrared region. The rotational structure has been analyzed by the method of combination differences in conjuction with the standard Hamiltonian. Molecular parameters and rotational temperatures are reported.
