The luminescence of tryptophan, dopamine, and epinephrine adsorbed on filter paper and condensed by the aluminum formaldehyde (ALFA) histoluminescence method is reported. The resultant luminescence is a short-lived phosphorescence or long-lived fluorescence which is partially dependent on the inhibi
