✦ Synopsis

Aspects of the neutron 3P 2 superfluid in the core of neutron stars are considered, by putting emphasis on specific features of the nuclear interaction leading to multi-hadronic phases in the neutron star interior and the coexistent features with pion condensates. Concerning their roles on neutron star phenomena, the effects on neutron star cooling are shown with reference to such coexistent features and the relevance to pulsar glitches is discussed in an extended corequake model for neutron stars with a pion-condensed core. Large variation of the multi-hadronic phase structures dependent on neutron star mass is of particular importance in these problems.

Dextromethorphan (DMO), a cough suppressing synthetic analog of codeine, undergoes parallel O-demethylation to dextrorphan (DOP), and N-demethylation to 3-methoxymorphinan (MEM), in humans. 3-hydroxymorphinan, a didemethylated metabolite, is formed secondarily. O-demethylation activity is well estab
