## Abstract Findings obtained with magnetic resonance (MR) imaging in four patients with pericardial cyst are reported. MR imaging allowed not only localization and diagnosis in all four cases but characterization of cystic content. MR imaging, including RARE (rapid acquisition with relaxation enha
