## Abstract ## Objectives/Hypothesis: The symptoms of allergic rhinitis result from an immunoglobulin E‐dependent mast cell activation cascade, marked by the release of inflammatory mediators, including histamine. Patients with perennial allergic rhinitis also have elevated levels of cysteinyl leu
