The stabilization problem of nonlinear differential inclusion (NDI) systems with disturbances is dealt with in this paper. First, based on the convex hull Lyapunov function (CHLF) approach, a continuous state feedback law is designed, which can globally asymptotically stabilize this kind of systems

An LMI approach is proposed for the design of robust H โ observers for a class of Lipschitz nonlinear systems. Two type of systems are considered, Lipschitz nonlinear discrete-time systems and Lipschitz nonlinear sampled-data systems with Euler approximate discrete-time models. Observer convergence
