Although leptin induces fibrotic activity in hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), the mechanisms are not entirely understood. To investigate the potential role of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase (NADPH) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) in leptin signaling in HSCs, we analyzed
