Abstract

Application of the process risk analysis methodology and the use of risk analysis techniques on all enterprise‐engineering phases (research, project, erection, commissioning, start‐up, operation, plant modifications and decommissioning) is presented and discussed. The respective advantages and disadvantages of the selected techniques are also examined. A technical flow to the use of the appropriated safety and risk analyses path is propose.
