Abstract

Unter dem Einfluß spezifischer Basen und unter milden Reaktionsbedingungen erfolgt beim 2‐Hydroxy‐1,4‐diphenylcyclobuten‐3‐on (1b) Ringverengung zu Derivaten der Hydroxy‐cyclopropancarbonsäure 6. Die Tautomerie 1b ⇌ 2b wird diskutiert.
