## One-bond and long-range two-dimensional 'H-I'C NMR experiments allow the unequivocal assignment of 13C and 'H spectra. On this basis, previous assignments of 13C signals of grossularine-1 and -2 have been revised.

## Abstract The ^13^C NMR spectrum of anisomycin and the ^1^H and ^13^C NMR spectra of deacetylanisomycin were assigned using one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR analysis. The techniques included INEPT, ^1^H^13^C HETCORR and ^1^H‐^1^H COSY spectroscopy.
## Abstract The ^13^C NMR spectra of chloroquine and related 4‐aminoquinolines have been completely assigned by the use of ^1^H‐^13^C correlation sequences based on direct and long‐range __J__(CH) coupling constants in conjunction with DEPT.
## Abstract Two‐dimensional ^1^H‐detected {^1^H, ^13^C} shift correlation spectra of oligosaccharides usually suffer from low resolution in the ^13^C frequency domain. This drawback can be overcome through a simple modification of the HSQC experiment, namely by implementing a selective ^13^C 180° p
