โฆ Synopsis
This film shows the various types of normal leucocytes in movement, bringing out strikingly the differences, in mode of progression, between neutrophiles, eosinophiles, lymphocytes, monocytes, myelocytes and myeloblasts. It shows, further, the behavior of white blood cellr taken from a variety of abnormal conditions, such as lymphoid leukaernia, lymphoblastic sarcoma, and monocytic leukaemia. For good measure, there are beautiful pictures of epithcloid cells and the "Langhans" type of giant cell both from the spleen and from tubercles.
Photography, legending, length of scenes, and choice of subjects leave nothing to be desired. The film should be of great value both for research and teaching. *A -ELIOT R. CLAXK.
