und ist daher sehr nutzlich fur die Reaktorauslegung und ProzeRfuhrung. Bei E. aerogenes konnte festgestellt werden, daR die Selektivitat des TCA-Zyklus gegenuber der Garung bei starker Sauerstofflimitierung sehr klein ist. Diese Selektivitat wird jedoch stark vom Mischverhalten des Reaktors beeinfluBt. Fur die optimale ProzeRfuhrung einer mikroaeroben Kultur mussen die Betriebsbedingungen so eingestellt werden, daR soviel NADH2 wie moglich aus der Garung durch Sauerstoff regeneriert und der Nutzungsgrad des TCA-Zyklus minimal gehalten wird.
